For those who doesn't know what's going on, she's doing a scrotal infusion. It's done with medical saline to fill the scrotal sack. This is an extreme kink that should only be done by someone who is skilled and very cautious of the infection risks. The saline liquid can take hours or days to be absorbed into the body. This was a mild infusion, some will make the sac huge, about two to three times bigger than this which would take a day or two to go down. I've wanted to do this for decades but never met anyone who has done it and I feel safe with.
